Goat Cheese Salad

  1. Place the cheese in the freezer.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter a frying pan, add the steaks, and saute until golden. Before removing from heat, season with ground coriander.
  4. Shred iceberg lettuce and sorrel lettuce leaves.
  5. Add the meat and almonds to the lettuce mix, and season with olive olive, fig spray vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Remove cheese from freezer, and cut in slices, and add to the salad.
  7. Drizzle a little olive oil on the salad, and grind some pepper on top.
