Beef With Baked Potatoes And Salad

  1. Peal and clean the potatoes
  2. Slice them partially into even slices without cutting all the way, so that they're held together by the base of the potato.
  3. Cut small strips of cheese and place them like a wedge between the potato slices.
  4. Put 2 tbs of olive oil in a oven pan and place the potatoes inside it.
  5. Put strips of butter on top of the potatoes.
  6. Add salt, pepper, oregano and paprika for your liking.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220C and place them into the oven for 30 min.
  8. Take the beef steak, the meat must be at room temperature. This is very important. Salt it an pepper it on both sides. Sprinkle some Worcester sauce and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
  9. Let it set for a few minutes while you pre heat a pan with a tbs of olive oil on medium-high heat.
  10. Place the beef inside the pan, for 5 min, 7 min or 9 min on each side depending on how well you like your meat.
  11. Take the meat out. And let it set for 10 min.
  12. Start prepping the salad. Add the lettuce, seeds, and cabbage. A tbs of olive oil, salt pepper and vinegar for your liking. And mix the ingredients.
  13. By now you should have your potatoes ready to take from the oven.
  14. Place them on a plate, add the salad, cut strips of stake and place them on top.
  15. Have a lovely dinner.
