Chicken Manicotti

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cook shells according to box directions.
  3. Cut up chicken.
  4. Combine sour cream and soup and divide into 2 equal amounts.
  5. Add chicken to 1/2 of soup mixture. Stuff shells with this mixture and place in baking dish.
  6. Saute onion and mushrooms in chicken broth until tender, then add to remaining soup mixture.
  7. Pour over stuffed shells.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
