Zippy Squash Casserole

  1. Wash squash thoroughly.
  2. Trim off ends.
  3. Place in boiling water and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain and mash. Combine next 7 ingredients; add squash, stirring well.
  5. Spoon squash mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole (sprayed with Pam). Sprinkle bread crumbs over squash mixture, then sprinkle with Molly McButter.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  7. Yield:
  8. 4 to 6 servings.
