Blue Cheese Wedge Salad Crostini
- 12 slices French baguette sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- garlic salt
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce chopped
- 10 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters
- 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
- 3 green onion chopped for garnish
- cracked black pepper
- Heat oven to 350u0b0. Place baguette slices on baking sheet and brush with olive oil and season lightly with garlic salt. Bake until lightly toasted, 8-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet.
- Meanwhile, toss lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and blue cheese in a small bowl, then dress with blue cheese dressing.
- Top each slice of crostini with salad mixture, garnish with green onion and cracked black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
