Macaroon'S Orange-Cranberry Muffins

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease a 12-cup muffin pan
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center for the wet ingredients. Set aside
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange zest and wet ingredients
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the well made in the large bowl. Mix until well combined. Fold in the dried cranberries
  5. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 of the way. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes
