Chocolate And Coconut Pie
- 3/4 cup coconut dried, powder
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg white
- chocolate filling
- 7/8 cup dark chocolate cut into pieces
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- Preheat oven to 140 degrees Celsius.
- Place coconut, sugar, and egg white in a bowl and mix well.
- Greased 7.5 centimeter diameter tart pans . Spread the coconut preparation in the pans, press firmly to the bottom and sides of the pans, so it is evenly distributed.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, the dough should be slightly browned.
- Let cool before removing the crusts from the molds.
- To prepare the chocolate ganache, mix the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir, until chocolate melts.
- Remove from heat and let cool before filling the tart crusts.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until the topping is set.
