Chocolate And Coconut Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 140 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place coconut, sugar, and egg white in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Greased 7.5 centimeter diameter tart pans . Spread the coconut preparation in the pans, press firmly to the bottom and sides of the pans, so it is evenly distributed.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, the dough should be slightly browned.
  5. Let cool before removing the crusts from the molds.
  6. To prepare the chocolate ganache, mix the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir, until chocolate melts.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool before filling the tart crusts.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour until the topping is set.
