Turkey - Black Bean Chili

  1. Coat dutch oven with cooking spray and place over medium high heat until hot.
  2. Add onion and celery with cooking spray and suate till tender.
  3. Transfer to a blender.
  4. Drain beans, reserving liquid.
  5. Add 1/2 of the beans and all of the liquid to the blender.
  6. Cover and process until smooth.
  7. Return to the dutch oven and add remaining ingredients.
  8. Cook several minutes till desires consistency.
  9. Serve with pepper strips and sourcream.
