Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a food processor, convert the oat flakes into flour.
  3. Blend the butter with the sugars. Add the egg and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Add the flours, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Mix well and add the chocolate.
  6. Form the dough into golf ball-sized balls.
  7. Place on a greased baking sheet 5 centimeters apart.
  8. Bake for for 10 minutes.
