Spicy Mahi Mahi Burrito With Crunchy Green Cabbage Slaw

  1. Combine olive oil, lime, chili powder, 1/4 cup cilantro, cayenne and salt in shallow dish. Coat Mahi Mahi with marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Slaw
  3. Combine olive oil vinegar, sugar, cilantro, cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl. Toss with cabbage and let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. Using a stove top grill pan, grill Mahi Mahi until done.
