Peanut Butter N Banana Bread
- 2-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
- 3 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate pieces (1 cup)
- 1 recipe peanut butter frosting
- In a large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- In another bowl combine mashed bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil, vanilla and egg.
- Add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Stir in chocolate pieces. Pour batter into two greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 50-55 minutes or until wooden toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pans and cool thoroughly.
- Wrap and store overnight before serving.
- To serve, frost with peanut butter frosting.
- If desired, top with crushed peanuts and miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
