Banana And Raspberry Tart
- 6 tablespoons vanilla sugar or normal sugar + 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons cream fresh
- 4 bananas depending on size
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 puff pastry
- In an oven-proof skillet, add sugar, and butter. Melt the butter on medium heat. Add the cream, and stirring constantly, cook until you have a creamy consistency.
- Remove the skillet from the heat.
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees Celsius.
- Arrange the bananas in the bottom of the pan, and fill the gaps with raspberries.
- Roll out the puff pastry, and prick it with a fork.
- Place the puff pastry over the bananas, and fold the excess dough inwards.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the dough is flaky.
- Unmold, and serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
