Banana And Raspberry Tart

  1. In an oven-proof skillet, add sugar, and butter. Melt the butter on medium heat. Add the cream, and stirring constantly, cook until you have a creamy consistency.
  2. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  3. Preheat oven to 225 degrees Celsius.
  4. Arrange the bananas in the bottom of the pan, and fill the gaps with raspberries.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry, and prick it with a fork.
  6. Place the puff pastry over the bananas, and fold the excess dough inwards.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the dough is flaky.
  8. Unmold, and serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
