Parker House Rolls
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast for bread
- 2 13/16 tablespoons water
- 5 5/8 tablespoons sugar
- 4 1/4 tablespoons butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 13/16 cup buttermilk milk with a few drops of lemon
- 1 egg
- 4 3/4 cups flour
- milk for brushing
- sesame seeds optional
- Sesame seeds (optional) bimby put the cup of yeast, water, sugar, butter, salt and buttermilk and program 2min. 37 vel.2 Add the egg and then the flour and mix for 10 s. in Vel. 6. Select a program kneading for 2 min. Remove the dough and form small balls of equal size and then place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let double in volume. Turn the oven to 170 u0b0. With scissors make two cuts in a cross shape on the surface of the loaves . Brush with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds and let levedem more. Bake for 12-15 min. until they win a golden brown tint.
