Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and the butter over a double boiler on low heat.
  3. Once melted, place the mixture in a bowl to cool slightly.
  4. In the meantime, sift the flour with the baking powder, the cocoa, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Add the eggs to the melted chocolate mixture.
  6. Add the sugar and stir quickly.
  7. Add the dry ingredients, a little at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon.
  8. Add the chocolate chips, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  9. After the dough has rested, shape it into walnut-sized balls and place them on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  11. Remove the cookies from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
