- 7 tablespoons softened butter or margarine
- 6 3/4 tablespoons milk
- 7/8 cup cream
- salt
- 3/4 cup baking chocolate
- 5/8 cup milk chocolate
- 3 5/8 cups rice cereal puffed chocolate
- Chop the wafer completely in a food processor, until it looks like sand. Add the softened butter or margarine, and mix very well. Line the bottom of a pie plate. Alternatively, use a spring pan.
- Place in a saucepan, the milk, cream, and a pinch of salt, and bring to boil. When almost boiling, remove from the heat, add the chocolate broken into pieces, and let it melt, stirring occasionally.
- When the chocolates have melted, add the cereal, and mix very well. Pour this mixture on top of the ground wafers in the pie pan, and refrigerate for a few hours. Serve very cold.
