Chicken Sausage Wrapped In Cabbage

  1. Wash the cabbage leaves and cut the hard center.
  2. Blanch in boiling salted water and drain.
  3. Place the cabbage leaves on the work surface one by one and carefully roll around the sausages.
  4. Secure the cabbage using toothpicks or skewers.
  5. In a large pan with a drizzle of olive oil, saute the chopped onion with the bay leaf.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes and the tomato pulp.Leave to braise for a little while.
  7. Add the sausages and season with salt salt.
  8. Cover and cook in moderate heat.
  9. Add water or broth as needed.
