Garlic Parmesan Panzanella
- 6 ounces New York Style Garlic Parmesan Panetini(R) 1 package, - broken into 1/2" chunks
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 bell pepper chopped, about 1 cup
- 6 ounces green beans blanched, cut into 1" long pieces
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons shallots Vinaigrette:
- 1/3 cup red wine or sherry vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch salt remember the Panetini(R) are well seasoned
- Combine Panetini(R), tomatoes, peppers, beans, and onions. Blend vinaigrette ingredients in blender or processor until emulsified. Combine vinaigrette with Panetini(R) mixture, let sit 15 minutes to combine flavor. You may substitute with New York Style Garlic Parmesan Panetini(R) with New York Style Bagel Crisps(R) if you prefer.
