Homemade Chocolate Sweet Biscuits
- 5 5/8 tablespoons butter melted
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla extract optional
- 5/8 cup milk
- 1 7/16 cups cake flour
- 15/16 cup baking chocolate
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix the melted butter and the sugar in a bowl.
- Add the egg and keep beating with a whisk. Add a dash of vanilla extract, if desired.
- Add half of the milk and half of the flour. Once it has been mixed in, add the remaining part of the milk and the flour. The mix should be smooth and even.
- To get equal-sized biscuits, draw 7-centimeter diameter circles on the parchment that line the baking sheet.
- Fill a pastry bag with the mix and fill the previously drawn marks.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt the chocolate for the filling.
- Once the biscuits are cool, join in pairs by spreading chocolate in the middle.
