Pizza Cookie
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 3/4 c. chocolate covered raisins
- 3/4 c. chocolate covered peanuts
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg.
- Stir in flour and baking soda until well blended.
- Spread dough into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle marshmallows and candies on cookie during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack.
- To serve, cut cookies into 16 wedges. (Use your imagination, adding more candies, etc.)
