Chalia Salad With Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinned
- 3 cups lettuce cut in big slices
- 1/2 avocado cut into cubes
- 24 grapes seedless, sliced in half
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ground pepper as desired
- lemon juice as desired.
- Grease a skillet with cooking spray and preheat to high.
- Season the chicken breast with the lemon juice and pepper.
- Grill the chicken breasts on the skillet until they have a golden brown color on the outside and are well cooked on the inside.
- Slice the chicken breasts into small cubes.
- Mix the rice vinegar with the olive oil on a small bowl to prepare the dressing.
- Spread the lettuce, avocado, grapes, and chicken on 2 plates.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken salad and serve.
