Broiled Sirloin And Mushroom Salad

  1. Slash edge of fat on meat to keep from curling; grill meat about 13 minutes on each side.
  2. Cool meat and cut into 3/8-inch strips.
  3. Arrange in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2. Place mushrooms on beef; top with pepper strips.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients except salad greens and tomatoes; pour over beef and vegetables.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, spooning marinade over vegetables occasionally.
  6. Remove beef and vegetables with slotted spoon onto salad greens.
  7. Garnish with tomatoes.
