Hamburgers Au Gratin
- 400 grams ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 cubes manchego cheese
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide into 4 portions. Shape the hamburger patties and in the center add 1 cube of Manchego cheese per portion. Cover with meat from the same patty.
- Heat a skillet and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides and cooked on the inside.
- Place in a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce, and sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
