Zorama Cake
- 2 cups flour
- 1 9/16 cups potato starch
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs medium
- 1/2 cup milk
- 7 tablespoons butter
- grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 9/16 cup cocoa powdered
- 4 3/4 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
- powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Combine the flour, potato starch, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, grated peel of 1 lemon, and the vanilla extract together and divide the batter into 2 bowls.
- Add the powdered cocoa to one bowl and the chocolate chips to the other.
- Butter a bundt or tube pan and begin adding the two types of batter in layers, first one type and then the other, and so on.
- Sprinkle the top layer with powdered sugar.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely before removing it from the pan, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
