Creamy Turkey Steaks

  1. Season the steaks with a little bit of salt, lemon juice, and garlic cloves. Let stand for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat a friyng pan with margarine. Fry the steaks on both sides, then remove from pan, and set aside on a serving plate.
  3. After frying all the steaks, add a little bit more of margarine, and the mushrooms to brown.
  4. When mushrooms are soft, add the package of cream. When the cream begins to boil, add the Port wine, and bring to a boil again. Simmer until wine almost completely evaporates. Once the mushroom sauce ready, pour on the steaks, and serve immediately.
