Creamy Turkey Steaks
- 1 1/8 pounds steaks turkey
- salt
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 5 garlic cloves sliced
- 3 5/8 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1 package cream with mushrooms
- 1 cup port wine
- Season the steaks with a little bit of salt, lemon juice, and garlic cloves. Let stand for 1/2 hour.
- Heat a friyng pan with margarine. Fry the steaks on both sides, then remove from pan, and set aside on a serving plate.
- After frying all the steaks, add a little bit more of margarine, and the mushrooms to brown.
- When mushrooms are soft, add the package of cream. When the cream begins to boil, add the Port wine, and bring to a boil again. Simmer until wine almost completely evaporates. Once the mushroom sauce ready, pour on the steaks, and serve immediately.
