Banana Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 325u0b0F. Grease two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Line bottom and sides with parchment paper.
  2. Sift flours into a large bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and baking soda; mix well. Whisk eggs and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in butter and banana. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Pour into prepared pans. Top with nuts and sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
  3. Bake for 50-55 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire rack.
