Shepherd'S Pie

  1. Crumble ground beef and onion, microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until meat loses its pink color.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in soup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread evenly in a casserole dish.
  5. Spread corn on top of meat mixture.
  6. Spoon mounds of potatoes over corn.
  7. Microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until casserole is hot.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Microwave 2 to 3 1/2 minutes until cheese melts, rotating dish after half of cooking time.
  10. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
  11. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
  12. Cooking time: 17 minutes.
