Chocolate Cupcakes
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- chocolate sprinkles as desired
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Thoroughly beat the eggs, and then add the sugar.
- Beat the egg and sugar mix, and then add the chocolate powder, flour, boiling water, cooking oil, and baking powder.
- Bake mix at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
- In a pot, combine all of the ingredients for the frosting and bring them to a boil. Make sure to stir consistently until the mixture thickens.
- This frosting recipe will be sufficient if you decide to make a cake with the cupcake mix instead of cupcakes.
- For cupcakes, spread the frosting on each one, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and serve.
