Hamburg Soup

  1. Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towel.
  2. Discard pan drippings.
  3. Add next 8 ingredients; bring to boil.
  4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add vegetables, noodles and thyme.
  6. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered, for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serves 6.
