Baked Bbq Chicken Dip
- 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley(R) Original Ranch(R) Dressing
- 5 tablespoons KC Masterpiece(R) Original Barbecue Sauce divided
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed
- 2 tablespoons red onions chopped, optional
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese divided
- 12 1/2 canned chicken white chunk chicken breast drained and liquid discarded
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F.
- In microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, Ranch dressing (and onions, optional). Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir to combine. Gently fold in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and drained chicken meat.
- In a baking dish (at least 4 cups), layer the cream cheese mixture, smoothing the top. Pour the remaining 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce, smoothing the top and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes, until bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or raw veggie sticks.
