  1. Cut the figs and apples into small cubes.
  2. In a pan, heat the butter, then add the red onion. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
  3. Add the apple and figs, then the hazelnuts and ham. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Add the tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Stir, and lower heat to let it stew.
  5. Let cool before pouring over the yogurt.
