Gourmet Yogurt With Stewed Sweet And Salty Roquefort
- 2 dried figs
- 1 apple
- 11/16 tablespoon butter
- 1 red onion small, diced
- 10 hazelnuts crushed
- 2 7/8 tablespoons ham diced
- 7 1/16 tablespoons roquefort
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar good quality, thick
- 3 1/4 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 11/16 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
- Cut the figs and apples into small cubes.
- In a pan, heat the butter, then add the red onion. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly.
- Add the apple and figs, then the hazelnuts and ham. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add the tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Stir, and lower heat to let it stew.
- Let cool before pouring over the yogurt.
