Chocolate Chip And Pomegranate Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix and sift flours, salt, and baking soda in a bowl, set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the brown sugar and stir until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract, then add the Greek yogurt and the oil.
  5. Mash the bananas, and mix with lemon juice and zest.
  6. Mix the flour mixture with the mashed bananas and milk. Stir well until getting a creamy mixture.
  7. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and pomegranate berries.
  8. Pour spoonfuls of batter into cupcake pans without filling completely.
  9. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  10. Let cool before unmolding.
