Rob'S Baked Chicken

  1. Prepare dough for Butter Pastry.
  2. Spread dough-lined pan with mustard.
  3. Refrigerate 15 minutes to firm dough.
  4. Place shredded zucchini in a colander.
  5. Salt lightly.
  6. Let stand 15 minutes. Salt draws out bitter juices from zucchini.
  7. Squeeze out moisture. Zucchini should be quite dry.
  8. Preheat oven to 425u0b0 (220u0b0C).
  9. In a medium bowl, beat eggs until blended.
  10. Mix in cream, 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper, nutmeg and red pepper.
  11. Add zucchini, cheese and half the nuts.
  12. Pour zucchini mixture into chilled dough-lined pan.
  13. Sprinkle remaining nuts over filling.
  14. Bake 15 minutes.
  15. Reduce temperature to 350u0b0 (175u0b0C).
  16. Continue baking 20 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
  17. Serve warm.
  18. Makes 8 servings.
