Fish Chilaquiles

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Lightly grease an oven-proof baking dish.
  3. Boil a pot of water, lightly salt it, and add the fish for about 3 minutes. Remove and shred.
  4. Transfer the shredded fish to the bottom of the baking dish and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the salsa verde and cilantro on top of the fish. Then spread on the sour cream.
  6. Lay the tortilla strips down next, making sure they're pressed into the sauce.
  7. Finish with the cheese, more ground black pepper to taste, and chili pepper.
  8. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
