Dulce De Leche Cake
- 1 package Classic Yellow Cake Mix Duncan Hines(R)
- water
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 container Duncan Hines Creamy Home-Style Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Grease and flour 9x13- inch pan.
- Combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl.
- Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool cake completely in pan on wire rack for 1 hour.
- Blend evaporated milk, condensed milk and the half and half in medium bowl. Poke holes in cake with skewer. Pour 1 cup of milk mixture over cake; chill remaining milk mixture. Cover cake and refrigerate overnight.
- Combine frosting with caramel sauce until blended.
- Remove cake from refrigerator and spread with frosting. Serve squares with reserved chilled milk mixture.
