Pan Fried Sole With Lemon, Butter And Capers Recipe
- 2 fish fillets Sole per person
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- black pepper
- flour
- lemon juice
- parsley
- capers
- If your fillets are wet dry them with a paper towel. Season them from both sides with salt and black pepper. Coat them in layer of flour afterwards.
- Heat up your pan on medium heat and add your oil and your fish. Fry from first side for 4 minutes and from the second for 2 minutes. Now it is time to add your butter. When your butter melts use a cooking spoon to coat your fish in the melted butter. Continue for 1-2 minutes. It will give you a wonderful taste and colour. Sprinkle some parsley and capers on top.
- Your fish is ready.nerve on a plate and add your remaining butter from the pan.
