Pan Fried Sole With Lemon, Butter And Capers Recipe

  1. If your fillets are wet dry them with a paper towel. Season them from both sides with salt and black pepper. Coat them in layer of flour afterwards.
  2. Heat up your pan on medium heat and add your oil and your fish. Fry from first side for 4 minutes and from the second for 2 minutes. Now it is time to add your butter. When your butter melts use a cooking spoon to coat your fish in the melted butter. Continue for 1-2 minutes. It will give you a wonderful taste and colour. Sprinkle some parsley and capers on top.
  3. Your fish is ready.nerve on a plate and add your remaining butter from the pan.
  4. Enjoy.
