Pork Ramen

  1. 1. Put all ingredients in hotel pan along with pork shoulder and cook in 350F for 3 hours. Chop meat and reserve liquid for service
  2. 2. Mix soy, mirin, and vinegar and marinate eggs for 20 minutes
  3. 3. Cook the noodles according to the package
  4. 4. Place all garnish in bowl, chopped pork, and ladle over hot broth.Top with egg and scallions
