Pork Belly Cabbage Stew With Carrot Medley

  1. To start put the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup (with 1 can of water) in a medium stock pot over high heat
  2. Add the baby carrots
  3. Chop the cabbage, I did a 1/4 dice with mine, add it to the stock
  4. Add the rice in as well
  5. Chop bacon (belly), again 1/4 dice is good, add it in
  6. Cover and let simmer until carrots and rice are tender.
  7. Chop the poblano (1/4 in) and add to the stew
  8. Season with garlic powder / salt / pepper to taste
  9. Let simmer until the chili is al dente, about 5 min.
  10. Serve while very hot!
