Sweet And Sour Glazed Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat the oven at 425F.
  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, garlic powder and corn starch in a bowl.
  3. Pour the chicken broth into a medium-large baking dish. Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  4. Insert the baking dish into the oven, and cook the chicken for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the baking dish from the oven, and pour the honey-soy mixture evenly oven the chicken breasts.
  6. Insert the baking dish back into the oven, and cook the chicken breasts for another 10 minutes or until the thickest part of the chicken reaching an internal temperature of 165F.
  7. Remove the baking dish from the oven, and spoon the sauce in the bottom of the pan over the chicken breasts. Allow the chicken to rest for approximately 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
