Forbidden Rice + Pork Ramen

  1. Cook pork shoulder in crock pot for 8-10 hours on low
  2. Shred pork and sautee cooked pork in sesame oil over high heat for 5 minutes
  3. In a saucepan simmer beef broth, soy sauce, and fish sauce for 10 minutes
  4. Immerse rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, drain
  5. Pour broth into each bowl
  6. Add noodles, onion, sliced mushrooms, shredded pork, and egg halves to each bowl
  7. Top with condiments, including kimchi and/or fresno pepper
