Sheet Pan Chicken Sausages, Sweet Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, And Apples
- 12 ounces Aidells(R) Smoked Chicken Sausage, Chicken & Apple
- 1 pound sweet potatoes
- 3 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1 gala apple large
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400u0b0F.
- Cut sausages into 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Wash and chop sweet potatoes into 3/4-inch cubes. Trim ends from Brussels sprouts and halve them if they're large. Slice the apple into 1/2-inch wedges and cut them in half crosswise.
- Whisk together olive oil, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add sausages, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and apple. Toss with a flexible spatula until evenly coated. Arrange sausage mixture in an even layer on a sheet pan.
- Bake pan on middle rack of oven, tossing ingredients with a flexible spatula once or twice, until sausage and vegetables are browned and easily pierced with a fork, 40-45 minutes.
- Check that sausage and vegetables are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- Serve immediately.
