Sweet And Savory Meatballs
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2/3 cup PET Evaporated Milk
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce divided
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 12 ounces Smucker's Peach Preserves OR 1 (12 oz.) jar Smucker's(R) Sweet Orange Marmalade
- HEAT oven to 425u0b0F. Coat 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
- COMBINE evaporated milk, soup mix, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and breadcrumbs. Mix well. Add beef and mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Shape mixture into 36 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown. Drain.
- MIX peach preserves and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce. Pour over meatballs. Stir gently. Return to oven for 5 minutes to heat through. Serve warm.
