Creamy Nutella Ice Cream

  1. Chop coarsely 50 grams of the chocolate to mix into the ice cream before it goes to the freezer, set aside.
  2. In a saucepan combine the milk and cream, heat without letting it boil.
  3. Beat the egg yolks and whole egg until creamy, and gradually add it to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the nutella, cocoa, and remaining 50 grams of chocolate.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Add the chocolate chips that were reserved, stirring well, and pour into a container.
  8. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
  9. Remove it a few minutes before serving.
