Creamy Nutella Ice Cream
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 package cream
- 6 3/4 tablespoons milk
- 6 3/4 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 egg + 2 egg yolks
- 3 1/2 ounces chocolate 70% cocoa
- Chop coarsely 50 grams of the chocolate to mix into the ice cream before it goes to the freezer, set aside.
- In a saucepan combine the milk and cream, heat without letting it boil.
- Beat the egg yolks and whole egg until creamy, and gradually add it to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Add the nutella, cocoa, and remaining 50 grams of chocolate.
- Mix well.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add the chocolate chips that were reserved, stirring well, and pour into a container.
- Place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Remove it a few minutes before serving.
