Morning Glory Healthy Muffin

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Prepare a muffin pan with lined muffin cups.
  2. In a large bowl add the dry ingredients and combine.
  3. In a second bowl add the agave, carrots, zucchini and bananas and mix.
  4. In a third small bowl whisk the milk and eggs.
  5. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until uniform. Add the raisins and fold.
  6. Using an ice cream scooper, fill the muffin cups to about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for about 25 mins. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
