Orange Lentils Soup

  1. Rinse the lentils well
  2. Heat the oil in a medium sized pot, add the onions and cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Add the lentils, and keep on cooking while stirring for a minute.
  4. Add the chicken stock/water and bring to a boil.
  5. Knot the parsley& bay leafs together and add to the pot. nower the heat to medium, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. When the lentils are soft, take out the parsley and bay leafs.
  7. Add the tomato purree, the spices and the salt& pepper. Stirr and continue to cook for another 15 minutes. nhen serve to the table and enjoy :)
