Best-Ever Deviled Eggs
- 6 eggs hard boiled
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes dried
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika more for sprinkling
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and put into a bowl. Set egg whites aside.
- In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, parsley, chives, mustard, dill weed, salt, paprika, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well with a small spatula.
- Add milk, stirring to incorporate.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- This recipe can easily be doubled. If doubling, use 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder.nnPlain Greek yogurt can be substituted for the mayonnaise. I have tried 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise and 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt, and it tastes great!
