Cake With Figs And Dried Duck
- 4 dried figs pretty
- 3 1/2 ounces duck breast dried, magret, sliced
- 3 eggs
- vegetable oil 10 cl.
- milk 15 cl.
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 1/2 tablespoons goat cheese grated
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- salt
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 425 degress Fahrenheit.
- Cut the figs and the slices of dried duck breast into pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with oil and milk.
- Add the flour and baking powder and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
- Add both cheeses and mix.
- Salt slightly, add black ground pepper, and then add the chopped figs and dried duck breasts.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Pour the batter into small individual molds or paper baking pans (mini loaf).
- Bake for twenty minutes.
