Cake With Figs And Dried Duck

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degress Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the figs and the slices of dried duck breast into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs with oil and milk.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add both cheeses and mix.
  6. Salt slightly, add black ground pepper, and then add the chopped figs and dried duck breasts.
  7. Mix with a spoon.
  8. Pour the batter into small individual molds or paper baking pans (mini loaf).
  9. Bake for twenty minutes.
