Hazelnuts Cupcakes With Nutella
- 2 13/16 tablespoons salted butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar granualted
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 3/4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 ounce hazelnut powder
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 15/16 cups mascarpone
- 4 1/3 tablespoons Nutella
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 1/8 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
- hazelnuts crushed
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, hazelnut powder, and baking powder until crumbly.
- Add the milk, then the egg, while mixing. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Fill the cupcake molds and bake for about 20 minutes.
- To prepare the Nutella topping, whisk the mascarpone, Nutella , powdered sugar, and ground hazelnuts at slow speed.
- Using a flat teaspoon, decorate the cooled cupcakes. Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
