Caramel-Filled Chocolate Cookies

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.
  2. In large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
  3. Add flour mixture and blend well.
  4. With floured hands, shape about 1 tablespoon of dough around 1 Rolo caramel candy, for each cookie.
  5. In small bowl, combine nuts and sugar.
  6. Press one side of cookie in mixture. Place this side up and bake at 375u0b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
  7. Drizzle melted white chocolate over cookies.
