Carrot, Kefir Multigrain Bread
- 7/8 cup warm water
- 5/8 cup kefir or yogurt
- 1 tablespoon agave or honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 15/16 cup barley flour
- 7 ounces spelt flour
- 1 2/3 cups wheat flour or whole spelt
- 1 package dry yeast 7grams
- 7/8 cup seeds and grains, quinoa, amaranth, flax, sesame, poppy, buckwheat
- poppy seeds to garnish
- Place all ingredients in a bread machine pan according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Set for dough cycle.
- On a floured work surface, knead the dough a bit.
- Place the dough in a lightly greased bread pan, brush with water and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
- Bake loaf until toothpick insert comes out clean.
