Vegetables With Chicken And Pasta

  1. Place a pot on the stove (over medium heat) and pour in the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Once the oil is heated, add the garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes. Cook everything for 1 minute.
  3. Add the onion and bell pepper and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the carrot and broccoli and add the soy sauce. Cook everything for another 5 minutes, or until the broccoli begins to soften.
  5. Remove the vegetables from the pot and set them aside in a bowl or container.
  6. Cook the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and some of the soy sauce.
  7. When the chicken is lightly cooked, place the vegetables back into the pot and continue cooking everything together for 3 more minutes.
  8. Turn off the stove and set the chicken and vegetables aside.
  9. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions listed on its package. Strain the pasta and set it aside to cool.
  10. Mix the remaining olive oil, lemon juice and zest, ginger, salt, and pepper in a container..
